Beyond finished sealing components, our in-house mixing facility supplies custom-mixed rubber compounds — NBR, FKM, EPDM, silicone and more — to other manufacturers, in a range of hardness grades and colors.
FKM (Fluoroelastomer) Compounding
High-temperature and chemical-resistant FKM is where our compounding expertise runs deepest — mixed in-house across multiple hardness grades and colors for demanding hydraulic, chemical and process-fluid applications.
Compounds mixed in-house
Every compound on this page is mixed on our own kneading and mixing line, giving us direct control over batch consistency, hardness and color from the first stage of production.

Tested to ASTM D412
Every compound batch is verified on our tensile testing machine for tensile strength and elongation at break, as per ASTM D412 — the standard test method for vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic elastomers.
Hardness Tested to ASTM D2240
Every compound batch is checked on a Shore A durometer as per ASTM D2240, the standard test method for rubber hardness, to confirm each batch is within its specified Shore A range before release.
NABL Lab Testing, Arranged On Request
For customers who need externally validated results, we arrange NABL-accredited lab testing of our compounds on your behalf, for the specific parameters you require, and share the reports with you.
